Human Resources Executive / Senior Executive - Full-Time [Permanent]

We are looking for a proactive, team-oriented Human Resources Executive / Senior Executive.

 

Who we are looking for

  • Able to handle the full spectrum of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and exit

  • Assist the management in the development of Group HR policies

  • Maintain and manage HR systems

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of payroll processing for local and overseas staff

  • Responsible for annual submission of statutory and tax filings for local and overseas staff

  • Manage group insurance of staff with a vendor

  • Update and maintain employees' files and data

  • Develop and maintain organisational and organisation charts

  • Any other HR duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Possess strong working knowledge in payroll processes, leave management, filing of taxation and benefits administration

  • Possess strong working knowledge in local work pass regulations and processes

  • Possess strong working knowledge in local employment legislation and income tax legislation

  • A Passion for protecting our environment and preserving our planet is a must!

  • Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency in HRIS system(s) is an added advantage

  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal, organisational and coordination skills

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to interact well with people at all levels

  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management ability

  • Good organisation and analytical skills, able to demonstrate initiative and reliability
