Thom is an exchange architect with a combined 30 years of experience across US and Asian Exchange and Regulatory frameworks, with a focus on the development of Exchange traded Cleared Futures and OTC products. His experience in exchange architecture and strategic development includes: West Texas Intermediate Petroleum Advisory Board, LPG product development and trading; Henry Hub Natural Gas contract, -Chairman Natural Gas Advisory, launched Henry Hub contract 1991, LNG, LPG product development and trading traded as market maker and was Ring Chairman; BitGold, early adopter of the platform for purchase and payments based on physical gold holdings.
William A Pazos

Bill is a carbon market pioneer who has managed emerging market and high yield investments for more than 25 years and currently serves as director of Kuber Energy, a renewable energy and climate finance advisory company in Singapore. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Standard Bank. In this capacity he was the Global Head of Carbon origination and Finance, as well as a member of the board of Standard Merchant Bank Singapore. As the CEO and founding partner of Ecoinvest Carbon S.A., a joint venture company with Bunge S.A., he built what became one of the world’s largest aggregator of carbon credits. In his early career he was a bond trader at JP Morgan Chase (MHTCo.) in New York as well as a partner at Dartley a large Emerging Markets Fixed Income Fund. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics with a concentration in Mathematics from The College of Wooster, Ohio, and an MBA in International Management from ASU’s Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.
Dominic was the founder and CTO of the TradeHero mobile stock market trading app in Singapore in 2012, which closed its series A investment with KPCB China and IPV Capital in 2014, and its series B with Samsung Ventures and 500 Startups in 2016. He was a member of the executive committee of ayondo, an SGX-listed CFD broker, which acquired TradeHero in 2015, and currently acts as their blockchain advisor. Dominic also founded Scoop in 2018, a provider of cryptocurrency mining solutions, and he is leading the development of Scoop’s open-source web wallet supporting 26 different cryptocurrencies. He is a self-taught and life-long technologist with senior experience across financial and technology organizations such as Microsoft, Citibank, Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank.

Tom brings over 20 years of executive experience leading operations and product development teams for startups. Previously he was the CEO and co-founder of DashBid Media, a video advertising exchange in New York City and the 2nd fastest growing company in NYC in 2015. Tom also served as COO of JumpTV where he built operations for streaming over 200 live linear TV stations leading up to JumpTV’s IPO. He has built platforms and exchanges for the travel, real estate, video advertising, and streaming media industries. Tom’s career began in Boston, MA and has ranged from Indonesia, the Caribbean, and Latin America to Singapore where he currently resides with his family. Tom is also a private pilot.
Hum Wei Mei

Ms. Hum Wei Mei is responsible for structuring products and market processes within AirCarbon.
Prior to her appointment at AirCarbon, Wei Mei spent over 6 years working on Climate Change related matters within the Prime Minister’s Office Singapore (National Climate Change Secretariat, Strategy Group). She was particularly focused on matters related to GHG accounting, Climate Risk and Emissions Trading. She also helped to articulate Singapore’s Climate Change policies at various local and international fora, including those hosted by the World Bank and UNFCCC.
Other positions she has held include Deputy Director for Regulatory Affairs at one of Southeast Asia’s largest utilities, Singapore Power. She also held the position of Principal Analyst in the Energy Market Authority (Singapore) where she reviewed a portfolio of renewable energy projects and conducted analyses of energy policy issues. Subsequently, she took on a role in Corporate Finance at DNB Bank and focused on renewable power and other energy-related projects.
Her international experience includes postings to China, the ASEAN countries, and the United States. She also spent a stint as a visiting scholar to the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. She has a Master's Degree from Yale University and graduated with a BSc. in Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Minnesota, where she was recognized for her undergraduate work in Economics.
Er. Edwin T. F. Khew PBM

Er. Edwin T.F. Khew PBM, has over 40 years of experience founding and managing environmental companies (water & waste water and waste to energy) operating in the Asia Pacific region. He is currently the Chairman of the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) and a Supervisory Board Member of Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS). Er. Khew represents SEAS on the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Energy for All Partnership’s (E4ALL) Steering Committee as its Co-Chair and Chairman of its Enterprise Development Working Group. He is also the Immediate past Chairman of the Singapore Standards Council, an Immediate Past President of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), a past President of the Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation (SMF), a former board member of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), and a former Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP). He holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland (UQ), Australia, is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers, Singapore, Fellow of the Academy of Engineering, Singapore, Fellow and Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Chemical Engineers (UK), and a professional engineer and board member of the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore. Er. Khew was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore during Singapore’s National Day in 2014 and a UQ International Alumnus of the Year 2011.
Jayaprakash Jagateesan (Prakash)
Jayaprakash Jagateesan (Prakash) is the Chief Executive Officer of RHT Fintech Holdings and its subsidiaries, taking the position in 2015. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategic alignment of the 4 major services clusters within the RHT Group of Companies which provides an eco-system professional business services helping companies through every stage of their business life cycle. He manages the growth, diversification and regional expansion of the Group’s businesses in the areas of corporate finance and advisory, governance, compliance, risk management, digital and media.
Prakash has more than 18 years of experience in managing top law firms and professional services. Prior to being appointed to his current position, he was a founding member and the Chief Operating Officer of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, responsible for the growth and development of the firm into what is today the seventh-largest law firm in Singapore. He was also the only non-legal professional to serve on the Management Board of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. In addition to his stewardship of the law firm, Prakash was also integral in the inception and development of the group’s non-legal professional services and was responsible for overseeing mergers and acquisitions, regional growth, corporate finance and key talent acquisition as part of the group’s expansion efforts.
Throughout his career, Prakash has won several awards and accreditations and has been invited to speak at various forums and conferences covering topics on professional services, human capital management and corporate social responsibility. He is also a regular contributor to business and trade media in the region.
He was ranked as one of the 30 people to watch in the business of law in Asia in 2016 in an article by the Asia Law Portal.
Prakash sits as an Assistant Treasurer for the Singapore Indian Education Trust (SIET); is part of the Disciplinary Committee for the Singapore Hockey Federation and is a member of the School Advisory Council for Park View Primary School. He is also a member of the Hub Services Deep Dive, an initiative of the Committee on the Future Economy (CFE), to identify specific strategies that will strengthen Singapore’s value propositions as a Global-Asia hub for business, finance and trading.

Ken is CEO and Co-Founder of C-Quest Capital a Washington DC based impact investor in sustainable energy solutions for low and middle income developing countries and base-of-the pyramid communities.
Newcombe has had a distinguished career in energy sector development and climate finance over the past 40 years. He has been Chief Executive of the Papua New Guinea Electricity Authority, Head of the Energy Sector Lending Advisory Services for the Africa region of the World Bank, and first head of investment operations for the multi-billion-dollar Global Environment Facility. He instigated and led the World Bank’s initiative to create a global market in greenhouse gas emissions reductions, raising and managing two billion dollars to kick start the global carbon market. In early 2005 he joined the private sector first as Vice Chair and Head of Origination for Climate Change Capital’s billion-dollar carbon fund in London, and then as Managing Director in Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities in Goldman Sachs in New York.
Tim is a serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience with early-stage technology companies, resulting in a deep understanding of intellectual property licensing and deal-making across diverse cultures. He is the founder of WaveFront Group, a Singapore-based incubator that creates new companies from technology licensed from Fortune 100 partners. Previously, he was the CEO of Benemilk Ltd; the Portfolio Manager for the Invention Development Fund at Intellectual Ventures; and co-founder of nanotechnology company Lumera (now NSDQ: IDTI). He is an inventor on 50+ patents and applications. Dr. Londergan has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Bonaventure University and a doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of Southern California.
